It’s with the utmost delight that we can recommend Brandon. Since September, we have been working with him, and from the start, he has made our construction project as painless as possible. We have worked with other contractors, and Brandon is beyond the best. Instead of flowery adjectives, here are some examples of how he worked with us. At the beginning of the project, he set realistic expectations while presenting ideas that kept possible future projects in mind and stuck to his original budget proposal by providing real-world numbers. This allowed him to never over-promise or under-delivered. He is very proactive. We were initially starting early this year, but Brandon looked up projected weather reports and moved our start date up to get our retaining wall and electrical work completed before our seasonal rain. He really helped us save time by getting ahead. His crew is efficient and does excellent work. Everything they complete is very clean, very timely, and his crew is very consciences and friendly. Brandon is typically on-site to make sure things are running smoothly, and if he was not there, he called, texted, emailed us details about the day’s objectives. He is very available. And this leads me to why we will always recommend him; he puts his customers first. He is very mindful of the people and families he is working with and wants them to have a great experience. For our project, we ordered a hot tub, but there were delays. However, Brandon let us know before we placed our order that COVID and high demand might create this issue, and throughout the project, he sent us updates and was hands-on with the warehouse and delivery to make sure there were minimum delays. Most contractors I’ve worked with would idly wait to hear back, but Brandon kept things moving and put the ownership on him. He acted like this reflected his work and actively communicated with the hot tub company to get it delivered as soon as possible. We never felt like this was not a priority. Not once. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Brandon. He is the best at what he does.

I cannot recommend Brandon Delgado and his team at Steadfast Design Builders highly enough. They were all an absolute joy to work with, both in the planning and design, as well as in the execution of our project. This team leads with integrity and high quality- they will perfect details that we didn’t even notice (and never hesitated to do the same when we did). The quality control is superb and their customer service is also excellent.
